EGG CRATE GRILLE

  • Manufactured from aluminum alloy – 6063T6 (extruded profile).
  • 1/2″x1/2″x1/2″ aluminum louver as inner egg crate core with 90% free area.
  • Optional foam gasket can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
  • 30mm wide flanged with 5mm inside groove.
  • 27mm frame depth.
  • Core is rigidly fixed into the special type of exclusive the strength of assembly.
  • High quality extruded aluminum profile damper with black matt finish can be provided if required for supply air purpose.
  • Dampers can be operated from the face side of the grille by a screw driver, damper blades are fixed to the frame by nylon bushings to give rattle free operation.
  • Standard finish in RAL9010 or RAL9016 Polyester Power is available.
  • Other finishes are available on special request, at an additional cost.
  • Minimum size 150 width* 150heaght mm.
  • Maximum size is 1000 width *1000 hegth mm. Size beyond the maximum will be supplied individually.
